Membership to CABBA is open to any individual who is in a business, part of a company, organization, educational establishment or any individual with an interest in the development and progress of Phnom Penh City.

Membership is not limited to those from the Bangladeshi Businessman, or only from the Phnom Penh area. The membership is extended to all community groups and to all individuals from all backgrounds, with the interest of promoting Phnom Penh City and businesses.
